The Light And The Glory

I hear the sound of rejoicing and I hear the sound of victory. 1 Corinthians 15:55, “Where Oh death is your sting? grave where is your victory?” We as believers have an expected end. Oh but for the joy that is set before us just like Jesus in Hebrews 12. It talks about how Jesus endured the Cross regardless of the pain and all that came with it; there was a joy He had because He knew there was a promise and a goal in His suffering. We share in a joy set before us because we know that victory is on the other side. Trouble and struggle does not last always. We can endure anything. We can overcome anything. Why? Because we are made in the image of God. We are a resilient people of good Godly stock.

Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5) . Morning comes. Morning is coming. Morning is on time. These times of crisis that we’ve been enduring as a world are swallowed up in victory! Isaiah 60:1, “Arise, shine for your light has come and the glory of the Lord rises upon you! Thank you Lord for the Light and the Glory! Thank you for strength to endure in Jesus Name. Amen
