God is a finisher…He who has begun a good work in you is faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6). God is a finisher. His word will not return void, empty or unaccomplished, but it will accomplish complete (or finish) what it was sent to do in your life. (Isaiah 55:11)
We are clay in the hand of the potter. I thank Him for the shaping and molding, and the reshaping and remolding, the refining and the polishing. I thank Him because He knows us best and He knows exactly how to get the absolute best out of each and every one of us. He is our designer and refiner, our architect and builder, our compass, our power grid... He is our living water in the dry places.
If you woke up this morning it is because God is not finished. It means the period(timeline) of you is not finished. He is the author and finisher of our faith. Every declaration and Word of God spoken over your life ends with a period which means whatever God spoke was finished once He spoke it. The purpose of a period in a sentence is that it signifies that the sentence is finished. Aren’t you thankful for the period (the finished) word of God in your life)? God is a finisher.
I leave Isaiah 40:31 with you, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint.” God is a finisher, and we are made in His likeness, so let us finish strong. Hebrews 12:1, “Therefore since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” God is a Finisher… Finish….
